Before accessing or using any of the Sites accessed via www.quickwheel.in (the "Sites"), please carefully review the Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") provided below. These Terms of Use apply to and govern use of all the Sites. By accessing or using any of the Sites, or by registering and maintaining a Single Sign On ("SSO") account to access the Sites, you acknowledge your careful review and acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not register or maintain an account or otherwise use or access any of the Sites or their contents.
These Terms of Use constitute an express agreement between QuickWheel and its subsidiaries (collectively, "QuickWheel"), the provider of the Sites, and you for access to and use of the Sites. BY ACCESSING THE SITES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH OF THEM AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THEM.
Payment plans for different types of trucks/transport vehicles shall be as listed on our site.
10% deposit is required you reserve and once the truck arrives pickup location customers has to pay 70% at the time of loading and 20% at the time of arrival before unloading.
QuickWheel accepts NEFT/IMPS, cash, cashier's cheques, traveler's cheques, company cheques or personal cheques. We need KYC details in order to accept cheques.

Our rates are based on a variety of factors including equipment supply and customer demand. Because these factors fluctuate daily, our rates change on a daily basis.
Our fares do not include out of pocket expenses such as; labor charges, parking charges, night surcharge, RTO challans, RTO taxes, waiting time charges, any type of levy and other similar charges shall not be our liability and therefore it shall be paid by directly to the appropriate parties.
User authorizes and allows us to retain your consignments in case of any type of non-payment from your side. We may return your consignments only after due payment is received in our account.
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your pickup date for no additional charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of your pickup date, there may be a cancellation fee 500 to 3000 based on vehicle type.
Further, you agree and acknowledge to notify us immediately for cancellation of a booking request. You shall provide us complete details of booking through our customer care interface. In case your cancellation request is accepted we may refund you received amount in 10 to 15 working days as above said cancelation term.
However, if a truck or any other transport vehicle is engaged to carry out transportation of the materials has already been dispatched then your booking request shall not be cancelled and there shall not be any refund from our side. For any queries related to refund the amount of cancelled booking.
